Attach the cast net loop at the end of the cast net rope to your LEFT wrist if you are RIGHT-HANDED, and vise versa. The reason for this is because you will be able to throw the cast net further, and the cast net will expand wider and smoother. Remove any wristwatch or loose jewelry before throwing any cast net. THE cast net QUICK LOAD TECHNIQUE: (applicable to Right-handers) With the cast net loop attached to your wrist, grab the cast net with your right hand just below the cast net horn (this is the ring on the top of the cast net). Now you want to come to the half point of the cast net, and grab the cast net with your left hand, then you can let go of the cast net your right hand. At this point, you should have the cast net in your left hand and the cast net loop in your left wrist. Now come to the right side of the cast net and grab the outer cast net lead line with your right hand. Now, gently hold the lead line by your teeth, there is no need to bite down on the rope, you just want to hold it in your mouth temporarily. Now, grab the inside of the cast net lead line with your right hand, and start fanning the cast net over your right arm until you have about half of the cast net over your right arm. (Be careful when you are fanning the cast net, your right hand should be INSIDE the cast net) After you get half of the cast net over your right arm, you should be able to see a group of cast nets bunch up between your left hand and your right forearm. Now, you want to use your right hand (still inside the cast net) to grab that cast net group of bunched up cast nets and slowly move up toward the top of the casta net, so that your hands are shoulder width apart from the cast net. You are now ready to throw the cast net, all you need to do is look in the direction of the school of bait fish (or target) that you want to cast net, stand with your feet pointed towards the target, with one smooth motion, turn your torso (in a clockwise direction) to about a 45 degree angle from your original position and cast away the cast net. This is the basic technique of cast net throwing, with some practice you will be able to catch as much bait as you want with your cast net. cast net fishing rigs cast net fishing cast net saltwater fishing cast net bait brands cast net bait companies cast net anchovies cast net sardines cast net mackeral cast net spanish mackerel cast net mackerel cast net ahi usa sabiki mullet cast net shrimp cast net cabalitos cast net finger mullet cast net perch cast net minnows cast net minnow cast net squid cast net mini squid cast net holders cast net reusable cast net usa cast net japan cast net china cast net taiwan cast net korea cast net american maple cast net promar cast net pack kayak fishing sabiki big fish cast net castnet for shad cast net for trout cast netfor crappie bluegill cast net repair cast net cast net fix cast net accessories
